Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Mechanics Engineer to lead our team in designing and implementing building mechanical systems for various sectors, including institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting technical supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of technicians, designers, and engineers in designing and implementing building mechanical systems;
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success;
  • Conduct technical supervision, verification, and design of building mechanical projects;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction;
  • Analyze, design, and adapt building mechanical installations;
  • Develop new systems and improve existing ones;
  • Evaluate mechanical construction cost budgets;
  • Write quotes and technical reports;
  • Provide assistance with work supervision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (specializing in building) or building engineering;
  • At least five (5) years of experience in consulting engineering;
  • Versatility, autonomy, and ease of communication;
  • Leadership and ability to work in a team;
  • Strong sense of customer service;
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written;
  • Functional bilingualism, an asset.
