Senior Occupational Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Ocean Choice International. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid position that requires working both in-person and remotely. As a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Providing training and guidance to employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
