About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Edo Japan Limited Partnership. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity standards of Edo Japan Limited Partnership.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure they meet the standards of Edo Japan Limited Partnership.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or cafeteria environment.
Work Environment

As a Grill Cook at Edo Japan Limited Partnership, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
