Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at MINAS Brazilian Steakhouse. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Sharpen kitchen knives
  • Food preparation
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
