Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at LOGIC CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for construction projects.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Scheduling and coordinating work on sites.
  • Supervising other workers and ensuring the quality of work.
  • Estimating costs and materials for construction projects.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Overtime required.
