About the Role

The Risk and Trading Operations team at theScoreBet is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sports betting platforms. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and escalating issues related to trading, marketing, and customer support.

About the Work
  • Review and analyze odds boosts, specials, and branded markets on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and review game lines and sub-markets associated with daily events.
  • Regularly review futures markets and monitor in-play markets for live events.
  • Monitor rich data for pre-game and live events, and triage production issues related to risk and trading.
  • Collaborate with trading, compliance, and marketing teams to add new markets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.
About You
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in customer service and sports knowledge, particularly in the four major professional sports leagues.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Experience using iPhone and Android devices on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of esports is considered an asset.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on a planned schedule.
