Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team at Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools
