We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Assistant to join our team at MACK KIRK ROOFING & SHEET METAL LTD. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about construction, material handling, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials with precision and care
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt under strict guidelines
  • Supporting medical examiners on-site as needed
  • Paving and raking asphalt in a timely manner
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials efficiently
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites safely
  • Tending to and feeding machines and equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork capabilities
  • Efficiently completing tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs
Compensation:

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
