As a key member of the Pharmascience team, the Content Writer and Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and revising production documents, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials, to support the expansion of the sterile facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality content for production documents, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials, in collaboration with production, packaging, and maintenance employees.
  • Participate in the creation and review of video content related to production equipment, ensuring scripts are reviewed and videos are edited to meet quality standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training, as well as examinations, to ensure employees are properly trained on procedures impacted by the project.
  • Update training curricula for production and maintenance employees to reflect changes in procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and track training records to ensure compliance and progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in documentation and training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the role of Content Writer and Training Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, and documentation processes, as well as aseptic techniques and documentation related to aseptically filled products.
