Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is a leading global logistics solutions provider, serving over 1,000 clients across various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Address employment law issues, manage regulatory compliance, and assist the legal team.
  • Advise on corporate, commercial, and labor and employment matters.
  • Support the legal team with business-critical issues related to commercial law, intellectual property, privacy, and employment law.
  • Manage litigation and claims in relevant subject areas.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
  • Update and create internal reports and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school.
  • Member in good standing with a Canadian Law Society.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in general corporate law, employment law, and/or contracts in a law firm and/or in-house setting.
  • Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn laws and regulations of different provinces, countries, and jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bilingualism in English and Korean is an asset.
