About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
