Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages according to company standards.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are fulfilled to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels of supplies, ingredients, and condiments to prevent shortages.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful working relationship with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
