Key Responsibilities

As an Analytical Chemistry Analyst at ITR Laboratories Canada Inc., you will be working in a dynamic environment to support the development of new medicines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining advanced analytical instrumentation, such as HPLC-UV and fluorescence detectors, in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conducting analytical tests, documenting results, and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality assurance comments and contribute to the daily operational tasks of the laboratory.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC-GC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with the ability to contribute to report writing.
  • Bilingual English/French language skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
