About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at SRS Technologies Inc. as a Business Solutions expert. As an IT Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Develop and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solutions: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Strategy and Policy: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with our clients' business goals.
  • Security and Risk Management: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of information systems and business processes.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
