Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Sales Floor Staff: Assign tasks and duties to sales floor staff, ensuring that all areas of the store are adequately covered.
- Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including bonding requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication skills.
Our store operates 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The work language is English.
