Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning resident care needs in collaboration with medical professionals and care conferences.
- Providing leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Administering and recording prescribed medication according to company policy and scope of practice.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation and reporting.
- Applying dressings and treatments as per physician's orders and policy.
- Assisting with supervision and evaluation of job performance and behavior of other health care staff.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in practical nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. If you have a registration with the provincial Practical Nursing regulatory body, a valid CPR & First Aid Certification, and a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening, we encourage you to apply.
