Patient Services Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet patients and provide a positive first impression
- Check patients in and out of the office, ensuring a seamless experience
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and needs
- Process billing and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Administer pre-testing services, providing a comprehensive experience
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, using your charisma and problem-solving skills
**Requirements**
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technology
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
