About the Role

Safe Software Inc. is seeking a talented Python Software Developer Intern to join our development team. This is a four-month, full-time placement (with a possibility for extension to 8-months) that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and design discussions to contribute to the development of Python-based plugins and FME Packages.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation based on code implementation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Test implementations and create automated tests around code written to ensure quality and reliability.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for technology and a solid understanding of Python. Experience with network proxies and the ability to prioritize projects are assets. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical ideas clearly.
