About this Role

The Chief Technology Operations Officer will be part of the Technology Workforce Enablement & Vendor Management team, reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Workforce Enablement & Vendor Management. This team is responsible for technology labor/workforce strategy, standards, governance, reporting, employee learning and development, training, and vendor management.

A day in the life:

This Sr. Manager will drive growth of the enterprise through technology, developing premier technology workforce strategies, governance processes, and workforce reporting capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, formalizing, and delivering workforce strategic support, facilitating communication and collaboration, elevating, and driving workforce efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of key enterprise-wide complex initiatives in support of the technology organization.
  • Establishing a vision and strategy for workforce governance, designing, enrolling, and governing processes and policies.
  • Designing, formalizing, and delivering workforce reporting tools, standards, and reports for technology leaders, leading to data-driven decisions.
  • Identifying opportunities, defining clear paths forward from ambiguity, and delivering points of view through storytelling by joining the dots for leadership.
  • Partnering with the technology leadership team to establish and drive strategic decision-making on all things workforce strategy.
  • Partnering with cross-functional leadership teams (e.g., P&C, FP&A, Tech portfolio, vendor management, procurement) to align on enterprise policies and tailored approaches for the Technology organization.
  • Leading a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts to drive delivery of all Workforce Enablement capabilities they are accountable for delivering.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing dynamic teams of program managers, project managers, and analysts.
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce management and workforce strategy in a global company.
  • Relevant experience with delivery and engineering environments to understand different team types and compositions and apply them toward workforce standards or similar environments.
  • Relevant experience in Data Analysis, Visualization & Reporting.
  • Responsibility for driving insights from workforce reporting and other data gathered to support leadership decision-making in defining the future of workforce strategy building scalable teams.
  • Excellent and effective communication style to drive decision-making at Technology Leadership level while partnering closely with cross-functional partners highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Exercises strong workforce management skills to enroll business efficiently across all levels from IC to leaders within Technology & Business.
  • Establishes and drives strategic decision-making, breadth perspectives, and operational excellence across the tech organization to enable scaling and continual evolution necessary for success.

Please note that authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation and Benefits Package: Lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $134,100-$176,000 annually; base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
