Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join our Talent and Culture team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing disability claims, administering benefits, and developing wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage disability claims for occupational and non-occupational absences, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Administer the extended Group Benefit Plan, Pension, TFSA, and RRSP plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being, including chairing the hotel Wellness committee and preparing for annual COR Audits.
  • Provide consultation to employees and managers on disability management services, the dispute resolution process, and workplace accommodation.
  • Support management with respect to workplace injuries, disability accommodation, and prevention of injuries, modified work/alternate work plans, and employee absenteeism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Group Benefit Plan administration, Disability Claims Management, and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage disability claims and administer benefits.
  • Human Resources or related degree/certificate completion an asset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in a highly confidential environment.
