Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet manufacturer's performance specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest technologies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Technician's License.
  • Ontario College of Trades membership.
  • Four years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service.
  • Extensive knowledge of different vehicles and their service needs.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
