  • Communicate effectively (oral & written) and adaptability at all levels (internal/external) to convey clear and concise messaging
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, customers, and others through strong interpersonal skills
  • Utilize rigorous logic and methods to analyze and understand why problems occur
  • Support shelf presentation, assortment decisions, and promotional planning/pricing analysis
  • Coordinate with respective areas to resolve issues and develop processes to accomplish shared goals
  • Effectively handle change in a fast-paced demanding environment while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent – Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certificate from a Business Analysis accreditation institution preferred, but not required
  • Experience in category management and proficiency using various POS, data tools to interpret large quantities of data for insights
  • High-level analytical capability
  • Assimilating and interpreting data from different data sources into clear-concise action-oriented recommendations
  • Strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, IRI, FCL, JDA (Blue Yonder), Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience at working independently and in a team environment
  • Commitment to solving problems with a positive attitude
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location
