We are seeking a skilled Compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at CARECORP AT MOUNTAIN LAKE LIMITED. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a range of employee perks and discounts.

About the Role

As a Compassionate Patient Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms

You will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, but with a strong focus on attention to detail and delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be working in a physically demanding environment, requiring stamina and energy throughout your shift.
