Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Serve food and snacks to our guests, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Advise customers on wine selection, taking into account their tastes and preferences.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections, taking into account the customer's preferences and our menu offerings.
- Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Operate the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, taking into account customer preferences and our menu offerings.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
