Job Title: Advertising Budget Analyst

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Budget Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Advertising department, you will be responsible for managing advertising budgets, collaborating with the Advertising team, and supporting the development of advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage advertising budgets of up to $20M+
  • Collaborate with the Advertising team to develop advertising materials
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors
  • Contribute to the development of campaign post reports and monthly advertising summaries
  • Coordinate, collect, and distribute model or brand research from vendors
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Hardworking and resourceful
  • Problem solving, analytical, and basic accounting skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven advertising experience (min. 3 years) working in an agency or marketing environment
  • Proven budget management and tracking
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, marketing major (or equivalent)
  • Web and social media savvy
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Skills:
  • Automotive experience an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) would be a definite asset
