Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize depot operations.
- Task Organization and Coordination: Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion and effective use of resources.
- Logistics and Operations Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the depot, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on depot performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Staff Training and Development: Arrange training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
