Beverage Depot Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring clear expectations and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with staff to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
