About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Supervisor to join our team at UTA Hair Beauty Salon. As a Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate the work schedule of salon staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Client Service

Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Emergency Response

Be the point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Team Management

Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that the salon is well-stocked and equipped to meet client needs.

Quality Control

Monitor and improve productivity and product quality, providing technical advice and recommendations to staff as needed.

Training and Development

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide exceptional service to clients.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Personal Qualities

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, and a team player.
