About the Role

The Host is responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Assisting servers with table management and ensuring a smooth service flow
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns
  • Working collaboratively with the Banff Hospitality Collective team to maintain a high level of service quality
