Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Special Needs Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
