Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of our vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring that our services are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Communication and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to our drivers and crews, maintaining effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by contacting customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 40 Hours per Week
- English Language
