Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Deco Maintainer - Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining automatic decorators, coaters, and related back-end equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and adjust equipment for changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, taking corrective action to prevent future issues.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections, reporting findings and taking appropriate action.
- Examine and test products for quality specifications, using gauges and instruments to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in an automated manufacturing environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
