Join Our Team as a Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Double Clean Group Of Companies in Edmonton, AB. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to assess damage and develop scopes of work
  • Create detailed estimates using Xactimate software
  • Coordinate with crews and sub-trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance brokers, and adjusters
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field
  • Proven experience with Xactimate software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
