Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and daily service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Supervise and train staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a restaurant or central food commissary environment with a team of cooks and kitchen staff. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
