Bright Butterfly Child Care Centre Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an ECE assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support the growth and well-being of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through various forms of art, music, and physical activity.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Personal Suitability:
  • Punctuality and dependability.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
