We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst II to join our team at PSG Global Solutions. As a Financial Analyst II, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, making recommendations based on strong understanding of profitability and market drivers, and developing pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze key performance indicators and make recommendations based on strong understanding of profitability and market drivers.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue across the entire pricing lifecycle, including initial pricing, promotional pricing, and markdown/clearance pricing.
- Work closely with the Acting Director, Pricing & Contracting Analytics to monitor and assess pricing performance, provide ROI analysis and KPIs, and create a playbook of performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
