Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Chef Reza Inc. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Prepare special orders
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking or pastry-related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Handling heavy loads
