Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at La Rocca Creative Kitchen Richmond Hill. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions and events.
  • Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Collaborate with our team to create new and innovative baked goods and desserts.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
