About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biologic Territory Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a Biologic Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the biologics market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and allied health professionals.
  • Utilize multi-channel selling tools to implement customer-focused initiatives and deliver value to customers.
  • Mobilize internal and external experts to deliver data and respond to customer queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and developments in the biologics market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including customers, products, competitive set, regulatory, and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years sales experience.
  • Previous specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with biologics or rare disease is preferred.
  • Strong learning agility to build a high level of disease/product knowledge and ability to interpret scientific research studies.
  • Strong business planning and ROI analysis skills.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor, and review projects.
