We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at North Ridge Development Corporation. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing environment.
  • Cut grass to ensure our lawns are well-manicured and tidy.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure our equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to support the smooth operation of our grounds maintenance team.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Repetitive tasks that require physical stamina and endurance.
  • Handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking and other physical activities.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling and other physical movements.
