About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Strategy Director to join our team at Canada Workday ULC. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an AI strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry standard methodologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI Product Managers and AI Architects, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
  • Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in AI, data science, or related fields. You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing AI strategies in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in AI, data science, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing AI strategies in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and data analytics.
