We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the crucial role of Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates at Tommy Gun's Fort McMurray. About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires a strong focus on customer service, multitasking, and time management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and energy level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing transactions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, product inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
