Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display and Maintenance: Ensure products are displayed attractively and efficiently, following store visual plans and standards.
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure products and services that meet our clients' needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. You will be working in an urban area with various locations, and may be required to travel for work-related purposes.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Internet: Proficient in using internet-based tools and software.
  • MS Excel: Basic skills in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • MS Word: Proficient in using MS Word for document creation and editing.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check may be required for this position.
Transportation and Travel
  • Own Transportation: You will need to have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as public transportation is not available.
  • Travel Expenses: Travel expenses will be paid by the employer.
