About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Rasovara Sweets and Restaurant Corporation. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
