Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Mr. Souvlaki.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food products. Key responsibilities include estimating costs, supervising cooks, preparing meals, requisitioning supplies, arranging equipment purchases, planning menus, and recruiting staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site with no option for remote work
