We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Fleming College in Peterborough. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff on campus.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the campus
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as needed
- Identify and challenge individuals who do not have authorized access to the campus
- Evacuate the building in case of an emergency
- A valid security guard license and first aid certification
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- A clear criminal background and eligibility to work in Canada
- A valid G Driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in security or a related field
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.42
