About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise and mentor junior staff members.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
