Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing nursing procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
  • Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the CLPNBC
  • Ability to operate related equipment and perform physical demands of the position
