Job Summary

The Renovation Specialist will be responsible for leading renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead renovation projects, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Supervise and coordinate work on sites, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the construction or renovation industry is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
Work Environment

The Renovation Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, renovation projects, and DS Renovation Ltd.'s office.
