We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. O/A Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Work Environment: Our fast-paced food service environment requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be standing for extended periods and may be required to bend, crouch, or kneel.
